Assisted Chelsea Neighborhood Developers in the acquisition, feasibility and financial structuring of the former Chelsea Armory Building. Services included development feasibility, acquisition and financial structuring in conjunction with State housing agencies. When complete, the $14M development created 48 affordable rental units while making a significant impact on the redevelopment of the Spencer Corridor.
