Retained to assist the authority in the redevelopment options for several properties within the existing portfolio. Focus was on hands on development management and development feasibility and marketability. Served as strategic advisor on the redevelopment of LBJ Apartments – a mid rise building with 178 units located in Cambridgeport. This $27 million redevelopment utilized a mix of authority, City of Cambridge, State of Massachusetts, HUD, low income housing tax credits and private debt. In addition, directed the marketing and rent up of an existing elderly development after 150 units had been vacated.
