The Barnstable Housing Authority is a high performing organization providing quality housing to numerous individuals and families in the Town of Barnstable. For Stagecoach Residences, Oxbow provided full development administration services for the construction of 12 new rental units on land acquired and permitted by the Authority. The development was financed with both public and private funds including a private construction and permanent loan which is a-typical for a State Housing Authority. Significant effort was spent to ensure that the process of public procurement, including DCAM certified contractors and filed sub bids, addressed the requirements of the private funding sources as well as conforming with public statutes. Completed in December 2013, Certificates of Occupancy were issued 3 weeks ahead of schedule with the project was delivered under budget.
