Oxbow Investment
Oxbow Partners engages in the development of real estate. Our investment activity in the past 5 years has fallen into one of two categories:
- Acquisition/Repositioning of Undervalued Properties adjacent to active Town Centers;
- Mixed-Income development, typically 50 units or less, where our experience with public subsidy, complex sites and multiple-stakeholders provides an attractive option to community supported initiatives.

Oxbow also works to support organizations whose mission is furthered by access to expertise in mixed finance/mixed income development. We have extensive experience in all aspects of the development process but find ourselves most often assisting in the following areas:
